Wow. I can’t believe I’m already at letter U in the A to Z Challenge. And I am so grateful to have made it thus far, especially given the last year (or two) (which I will not recap here, focused as I am on what I can make of the present, and future, rather than rehashing the past, but if you’re unaware and are curious, you can learn more here). Now on to something delightful—and yes, easy and predictable given the letter—Unicorns! (Or pictures thereof).
(For the record, this is my second U-themed article. My original post did not make it to publication. It was darker, more political, and I decided, unsuited to my positive, inspirational, and educational intention for this blog. That does not mean the essay may never see the light of day. It only means, as I mentioned yesterday, I need to determine target market and appropriate publication venue, before sending it out into the world).
As to the pictures thereof … Has anyone truly seen, let alone photographed a Unicorn?
*wink*
D.
Beloved the world over.

Hi Mark…thanks for stopping by. And as to the other essay…you never know!
Hello Leslie! Thank you for popping in. And I love Unicorns, too. So simple. Add a twisted antler protruding from a horse's forehead, and voila! A fantastical creature you can't help but love.
Love Unicorns,that was a U word I forgot about.
Stopping by from the #atozchallenge from http://Chipsofftheoldblock.blogspot.com
Hi Deborah…now you have me interested in your 'other' U post. Maybe we'll see it sometime?
Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog, I appreciate it

I agree. About the horse-love connection, too. Although, my daughter loved unicorns so much we decorated her room with them, yet she was afraid of horses and exhibited no desire to get one. For her, fantasy was enough.
I loved unicorns when I was a kid–I always found them fascinating. Probably had something to do with my love of horses
